2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We offer ready-to-wear and bespoke jewellery and other accessories, apparel, and gift cards.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Pieces:

  • Pre-orders have individual lead times stated on a per-product basis.
  • Made-to-order pieces typically require 4-6 weeks for completion, with confirmation via email.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST.
  • We accept credit card, Klarna, PayPal, AfterPay, and Zippay.
  • We do not offer price matching or price adjustments.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship using DHL Express for domestic and international deliveries. In specific cases, we may use national postal services (e.g., Australia Post) or equivalent carriers (e.g., FedEx).
  • All shipments are express and insured.
  • Coverage for lost or stolen parcels can be purchased at checkout via Route Package Protection.
  • Free shipping is available for orders to Australia, the USA, the UK, and New Zealand.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

6. REPAIRS & RE-PLATING

We are committed to sustainability and craftsmanship, offering the following services:

  • Repairs: Available for most pieces; assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Re-Plating: Offered in 18k or 24k gold to restore pieces to their original condition.
  • Items for repair or replating are handled in batches to minimise environmental impact.
  • To request a quote, timeframe, or book a service, please contact customer service.

There is no official product warranty.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Cleopatra’s Bling.
  • Customers may use our images for personal use (e.g., sharing on social media) but may not alter or commercially exploit them.

8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

  • We collect and store customer data in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
  • Our website uses cookies and third-party tracking tools.

Cleopatra’s Bling reserves the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice. In the event of an order affected by an error, we will notify you and provide an option to cancel or proceed with the corrected details.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.

12. TERMINATION OF USE

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if a user is found or suspected of violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
